By checking the "I Agree" box and submitting a listing, the seller confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions:

The seller is solely responsible for ensuring that their sale of antlers does not violate any applicable wildlife, environmental, or transportation laws, including those related to Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) or any endangered or protected species laws. The seller agrees to fully comply with all requirements set forth by state and federal authorities, including obtaining any necessary permits.

2. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
The seller agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antlersheds.com, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the sale, transport, or listing of antlers or antlers with skulls attached. This includes, but is not limited to, any legal action related to the illegal sale, transport, or possession of wildlife parts or any violation of local, state, or federal laws.

3. Representation of Legal Ownership
The seller represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner of the antlers and skulls listed for sale and that all items for sale were legally obtained, either through lawful hunting, collection of shed antlers, or other legal means. Sellers may be required to provide proof of legal acquisition if requested.

4. Listing Accuracy
The seller is solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including the description, images, and condition of the items (e.g., antlers, skulls, etc.). Sellers must accurately represent the antlers and skulls, including species, condition, and legality of their items. Any misleading or fraudulent listings will result in removal from the platform.

5. Prohibited Items

Listings involving prohibited content will be immediately removed.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that any items they ship comply with all laws regarding wildlife transportation, including packaging and labeling requirements. Antlersheds.com recommends that sellers use legal carriers and verify that their shipment is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, including CWD-related restrictions.

8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, Antlersheds.com will provide a platform for communication, but it is not responsible for resolving any conflicts. Sellers and buyers must agree to settle disputes directly. However, Antlersheds.com reserves the right to intervene or take action if it is deemed necessary, such as suspending or removing a user's account due to violations of the platform's rules.

9. Listing Removal and Suspension
Antlersheds.com reserves the right to remove any listings at any time if it determines that the listing violates any laws or platform guidelines, even if the seller has approved the hold harmless agreement. This includes listings that are flagged for violating wildlife laws or for being potentially harmful or illegal under local, state, or federal regulations.

10. Approval Process
Sellers must approve and agree to this hold harmless agreement before their listings are published on the Platform. By submitting a listing, the seller confirms that they have read and understood this agreement and that they are in full compliance with all applicable laws.

11. Acknowledgment of Risk
The seller acknowledges that the sale of antlers or antlers with skulls attached carries potential legal risks, and they assume full responsibility for ensuring that their listings comply with applicable regulations. Antlersheds.com does not assume responsibility for verifying the legality of the sale or transport of listed items.

12. Right to Remove Listings
Antlersheds.com reserves the right to remove any listings at any time if it determines that they violate platform guidelines or local, state, or federal laws, even after the listing has been approved by the seller.
